STABLE GENIUS

How it works
Objective first. Content second. Guesswork never.
We'll look at the listing, who it's aimed at and where it's posted before writing another "stable available" post.
A short, honest campaign to fill them. Not one caption and a prayer.
Three questions, one straight answer, and the first thing to do this week.
The STABLE method
Stable Genius works like a good business adviser who happens to know horses. It asks what you're trying to achieve, works out what's getting in the way, then gives you the plan and the words to go with it.
S | Situation. What's actually happening, and what have you already tried?
T | Target. What result do you need? Bookings, enquiries, sales or a full yard.
A | Audience. Who needs to act, and what's putting them off?
B | Barrier. Why they're not acting yet. Price is rarely the real answer.
L | Leverage. What you've already got: reviews, photos, regulars, reputation.
E | Execute. The smallest set of actions likely to work, plus the posts, emails and adverts to do it.
Three ways to use it
Quick fix. Need a cancellation post or a reply to a tricky customer? It just writes it.
Campaign. Filling a clinic, launching a service or shifting stock. A plan, then the content.
Business brain. Bookings dropping and you don't know why? It diagnoses before it prescribes.
Who it's for
Livery yards, instructors and coaches, clinics and venues, equestrian retailers, saddle fitters, photographers, transporters, grooms, horse sellers and equine wellbeing businesses. If you sell to horse people, it's for you.
What it won't do
It won't invent reviews, qualifications or fake "only two spaces left" urgency. It won't give vet, legal or tax advice. And it won't promise you'll go viral, because nobody honest can.
